The founder of Chemsymphony Projects has hands-on experience of about THREE DECADES in the API PHARMA INDUSTRY in Project Conceptualization, Design, Detail Engineering, Installation & Commissioning of about 40 API projects which are USFDA/WHO/GMP approved.

We provide Value Added, Customized solutions to establish Greenfield API Pharma Projects by complying with regulatory requirements of GMP/WHO/USFDA/EDQM/MHRA as well as meeting Process, Operation, Engineering, Environment & Safety standards of International Pharma plants.

We design Greenfield API Projects which include Production plant, RM/FG/PM Warehouse, QC Lab, Pilot Plant, Utility System, Boiler House, Solvent Recovery Plant, Explosive Solvent Yard, Hydrogenation Facility, ETP, Fire Hydrant System, Admin Building, Electrical Panel & Cable Networking along with supporting facilities (about 30 nos.) to make an Ideal Auditable Plant of International Standard.

We design the API PHARMA Production plant on “QUALITY BY DESIGN CONCEPT (QBD)” by accommodating about 55 requisites which make the plant comply with GMP requirements as well as make it easy in operation, maintenance, and efficient in productivity.

Detail Engineering

Apart from conventional design of utilities, we provide the following value-added utility designs to improve the efficiency of the Generation & Distribution system of respective utilities and reduce the power cost substantially, which is crucial for the efficient operation of the plant.

We provide a unique 3D design of Utility Manifolds for Reactors & Condensers to reduce the pressure drop across the utility distribution system, subsequently reducing power consumption by about 10 to 15%, improving the heat transfer rate of the process equipment, occupying only 1/3rd of the plant space, and reducing plant piping by 20%.

We design a simple Utility Monitoring System to optimize the utilization of each utility and improve the efficiency of the system, as well as enhance the heat transfer rate of equipment, productivity, and the quality of the product.

We provide Water Balancing Design of Hot Well & Coldwell for Chilled Water & Chilled Brine distribution systems to improve the efficiency of these systems, enhance heat transfer at the user point, and reduce operating costs by about 20%-30%.

We design the Brine & Chilled Water generation system to reduce power costs by optimizing the capacity of cooling water pumps and increasing the IPLV (Integrated Part Load Value) of the overall system.

We provide efficient design of Hot Water systems for the effective use of Steam to reduce hot water generation costs.

We design the entire plant & piping in 3D software for smooth equipment layout & clash-free piping in the plant.

We provide customized, user-friendly, economical, and proven designs of ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) after proper study of the “Quality & Quantity” of effluent and its appropriate segregation, treatment, and recycling systems.

Our detailed engineering of the plant focuses on improving the technical aspects. We provide about 15 Process Engineering designs that enhance the performance of the plant.

We provide Technical Specifications of Process Equipment, Utility Equipment with their quantity and MOC (Material of Construction) as per the proof.

We provide detailed drawings of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation work for the entire plant.

ON Site Assistance

Apart from plant design & detailed engineering, we provide on-site assistance for proper installation & commissioning of the project to ensure the successful completion of the project as per conceptualization.

We provide technical guidance at various stages of execution & commissioning of the plant.

We establish an appropriate maintenance system for efficient, smooth, & economical operation of the plant.

We provide guidance to prepare related SOPs of the plant to start the operations.

We provide technical guidance to submit a compliance report of engineering-related observations if found during the FIRST REGULATORY OR CLIENT AUDIT of the plant, which may be extended as well.

All our site visits are free of cost.

We provide on-site guidance for all activities at various stages of the project until commissioning.

We provide a detailed Preventive Maintenance plan of the plant to minimize breakdown maintenance of equipment and reduce the overall maintenance cost.
